Heard the learned Advocates for the parties.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is the principal accused. His bail prayer was rejected earlier. He does not stand on the same footing with the co-accused who has been enlarged on bail.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

Trial court is requested to consider the issue of framing of charge at the earliest.
