1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has been falsely implicated.

2. The learned Counsel for the State in opposing the prayer for anticipatory bail has referred to the case diary and submits that the accused petitioner is a habitual offender.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary which shows that there are numerous allegations against the accused and the accused appears to be habitual offender, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
