The Inspector-in-Charge, Basanti Police Station has filed a report dated 23.01.2023, which is taken on record.

It appears that on the petitioner's complaint, FIR No. 582 of 2021 dated 8th October, 2021 has been registered.

It further appears that proceedings under Section 107 of the Cr. P. C. have been drawn up against the private respondents.

It is ordered that investigation into the said FIR be completed within one month from date.

The Inspector-in-Charge, Basanti Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area and shall maintain strict vigil thereat. Insofar as the other civil rights of the petitioner against the private respondents, appropriate civil proceedings may be taken out in that regard.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
