Since the petitioner and the private respondents are entangled over an issue relating to land, I direct the B.L. & L.R.O., Mandir Bazar to conduct an enquiry for the purposes of demarcation. The B.L.& L.R.O., Mandir Bazar will after inspection afford hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondents and thereafter communicate his decision to the respective parties. Police authorities would only ensure that there is no breach of the peace and/or tranquility and/or any untoward incident at the behest of both the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14167 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
