Petitioners being aggrieved by the inaction of the 08.07.2025 Court No. 35 Item No.08 Rakib police have approached this Court as they complain of being deceived by the private respondents.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the private respondents have not only duped the present petitioners but also duped 38 other persons. To that effect all the complaints which were advanced are being investigated under a single case being Gariahat Police Station case no. 75 dated 26.04.2025. It has also been contended on behalf of State that so far as the complaint of the petitioners are concerned the documents which they have supplied are part and parcel of the investigation of Gariahat Police Station case no. 75 dated 26.04.2025. Since the police authorities have already taken steps, so far as the grievance of the petitioners are concerned, I direct that the police authorities would put in further efforts so that the accused persons in the case referred to above be traced out and the investigation of the case be taken to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14174 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
