Mr. Shubham Gupta ...for the Petitioner This is an application for expeditious hearing. It appears from the ordersheet that the plaintiff has filed an application on April 1, 2021 which is still pending. Record reveals that the said application has been fixed for hearing on November 24, 2021.

In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed there is no necessity of issuing any notice upon the opposite parties. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application as well as this order upon the opposite parties or their learned advocate in the Court below forthwith.

CO 1681 of 2021 accordingly stands disposed of by requesting the learned Judge 5th Bench, Presidency Small Causes Court at Calcutta to take up the hearing of the application filed by the plaintiff on April 1, 2021 on the next date fixed that is on November 24, 2021, if the same is ready for hearing and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of December 2021 without
