The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that despite making regular supply of medicines under tender of work orders, payments are not being received. Counsel for the State submits that the authorities have found gross discrepancies in the medicines already supplied and a sum of Rs.1,02,00,000/- and above has already been paid. It is further submitted that supplies have been made even after expiry of the contract period without any authority. A three-man enquiry committee has been constituted to look into the matter.

In that view of the matter, this Court does not find any inaction on the part of the respondents. The writ petitioners may pursue civil remedies before a civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
