Petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the police authorities as the representation which was forwarded to them on or about 17th April, 2025 has not been acted upon.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that there has been a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents over a property.

Since there is a dispute already existing, police authorities would ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 14850 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
