Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was not named in the First Information Report. No specific role was attributed to the petitioner. He refers to the charge sheet. He submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. Other co-accuseds are on bail. The rescued victims are major.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State draws the attention of the Court to the statement of one of the victims recorded under Section 161 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The statement referred by the learned Advocate appearing for the State, squarely implicates the petitioner. Specific role is

attributed to the petitioner. The petitioner is said to be involved in the immoral traffic. The case is of 2019. In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.

C.R.M. (A) 3252 of 2022 is dismissed.
