Despite service of notice, the respondents are not represented.

The petitioner has applied under a scheme called "Vidya Lakshmi Educational Loan Schme" of the Central Government for an educational loan for higher studies. It appears that the petitioner's application was rejected on the basis of the certain i.e. marks, education and family income. It is also submitted, that the petitioner is showing a clear decline and has been graded seven. This Court is unable to appreciate the meaning of the expressions and terms used in rejecting the petitioner's application.

The respondent No.8 shall, therefore, pass an appropriate and reasoned order as to why the petitioner's application cannot be considered for education loan within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
