The department has reported that notice has been served by Special Messenger upon the respondent at its address as provided in the cause title. However, the appellant could not be served due to insufficient address.

In any event, it seems that the appellant is not interested to proceed with the matter. The appeal stands dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

All interim orders stand vacated.

The LCR shall be immediately sent down to the Trial Court. The learned Trial Court is directed to conclude the final decree proceeding as expeditiously as possible. The learned Registrar Administration (L&OM) is directed to ensure compliance of this order.
