AB C. O. 2283 of 2025 Arup Chatterjee Vs M/s. Kundu Textiles & Others Mr. Souradipta Banerjee, Mrs. Fatema Hassan .....for the Petitioner. This application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is at the instance of the plaintiff and is directed against orders being nos.l7 and 20 dated January 8, 2025 and February 11, 2025 respectively, both passed by the learned Judge in charge, 11th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta in Title Appeal No.15 of 2024.

After some argument, Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner prays that a direction be passed upon the learned Judge of the Appellate Court to dispose of the Title Appeal No.15 of 2024 expeditiously.

From the order sheets appended to the revisional application, this Court finds that May 22, 2025 was fixed for hearing of the appeal.

Mr. Banerjee further submits that in the meantime, the appellants/opposite parties herein have

already concluded their argument and July 2, 2025 has been fixed for further argument of the respondent. In view thereof, C.O. No.2283 of 2025 stands disposed of by requesting the learned Judge, 11th Bench, City Civil Court, Calcutta to make an endeavour to dispose of Title Appeal No.15 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
