.... Petitioners Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee, Sk. Taslim Ali Mr. Ashim Debnath ...For the Petitioners It appears that the petitioners were not present for the charge hearing, for which the learned Judicial Magistrate issued a warrant of arrest against them.

It has been submitted by Mr. Mrityunjoy Chatterjee, learned advocate, appearing for the petitioners that the petitioners are ready and willing to appear for charge hearing before the learned Magistrate on the next date fixed i.e. on December 13, 2021. In that view of the matter, the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners shall remain stayed till December 13, 2021. If the petitioners surrender before the learned Magistrate, the learned Magistrate shall consider the prayer for bail of the petitioners in accordance with law. If the petitioners fail to appear before the learned Magistrate on the said date fixed, the learned Magistrate will execute the warrant of arrest in accordance with law. Accordingly, CRR 1899 of 2021 is disposed of. All parties shall act upon the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Kausik Chanda, J.)
