Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State refers the statement of the injured and the injury report. 3.

Considering the materials available in the case diary and the fact that the injured has directly implicated the petitioners for commission of offence and that the nature of injuries is grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
