Petitioner prays for anticipatory bail.
Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that warrant was issued by the jurisdictional Court as against the petitioner. The jurisdictional Court also issued proclamation against the petitioner. Proclamation was executed against the petitioner. He did not appear before the jurisdictional Court or the police. The photograph of the petitioner was published in the Criminal Intelligence Gazette.
Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner draws the attention of the Court to the annexure P-3 of the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated. In view of the proclamation of the jurisdictional Court and in view of the gravity of the offence and the earlier order of rejection dated April 29, 2022 passed in CRM (A) 1968 of 2022,
we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
C.R.M. (A) 3254 of 2022 is dismissed.
