1. By this writ petition, styled as a public interest litigation, the petitioners seeks for a very wide relief for taking necessary steps to receive nomination papers of the aggrieved persons, who are deprived from filing their nominations.

2. In our view, the aggrieved persons should agitate their personal grievances as and when it arises and such a widely couched prayer cannot be granted that too by way of a public interest litigation.

3. Therefore, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open to the aggrieved persons to approach the West Bengal State Election Commission or to work out their remedies in the manner known to law.

4. No costs.

5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
