1. Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today be kept on record.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the writ petition has been preferred against an endeavour by the respondent authorities to remove the petitioners from their stalls by labelling them as encroachers.

3. However, during pendency of the writ petition, certain developments have occurred due to which there has been a settlement out of court.

4. As such, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners do not want to proceed with the writ petition any further.

5. Accordingly, WPA No. 15081 of 2021 is disposed of as infructuous on the basis of the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioners.

6. There will be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance with the requisite formalities. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
