1. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

2. Perused the case diary and the memo of evidence filed today.

3. It appears from the case diary that the posts made by the petitioner are grossly abusive, vulgar, violent and apparently capable of inciting religious hatred. It also appears from the investigation that there is a criminal antecedent of the petitioner being Burdwan P.S. Case no. 625 dated 1.9.2011. A charge-sheet was submitted in the same.

4. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
