It is submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case. Learned lawyer for the State opposes the prayer for bail. We have considered the materials on record. Statement of the minor victim has been recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. She has implicated the petitioner in the alleged crime. No material with regard to prior enmity between the parties has been placed on record.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
