2. None appears on behalf of the respondents.

3. The petitioners pray for consideration of the representation filed before the Branch Manager of the UCO Bank.

4. Without entering into the merits of the claim of the petitioners, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Branch Manager, UCO Bank to take a decision on the legal representation filed on behalf of the petitioners strictly in accordance with law at the earliest but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order.

5. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioners immediately thereafter.

6. Learned advocate for the petitioners is directed to forward a copy of the legal representation along with all supporting documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
