The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact of nondisposal of her application under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007 dated 7th July, 2021 by the respondent no.3.

In these circumstances, the Sub-Divisional Officer, Uluberia shall dispose of the petitioner's application as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid directions, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

Let a copy of the complaint be furnished afresh by the petitioner to the Sub-Divisional Officer, Uluberia along with a copy of this order.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
