1. Consequent upon our order dated 24th June, 2024, the petitioner participated in the investigation.

2. Considering the statements recorded by some of the victims directly implicating the petitioner of forgery of their personal record in matter of agricultural loan, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

4. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
