Petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated. He is not known as 'Rony Sen'.

Learned Advocate for the State submits report. Report is placed on record.

We have considered the materials on record. Statements of witnesses including the father of the petitioner has disclosed that the petitioner is known as 'Rony Sen'.

Under such circumstances and in view of the nature of allegation involving rape of the victim, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
