1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. There are prior civil suits pending between the adverse sides. On the particular day, a scuffle broke out between members of two families. Both sides received injuries. There are case and counter case. The petitioner may be released on anticipatory bail on any condition.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail and relies on the statements of witnesses including that of the victim and the injury report which shows fracture injury.

3. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including the statement of the victim and the injury report, I do not consider this to be a fit case to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
