The petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of G.R.Case No. 1313 of 2020 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia on the ground that due to pendency of the criminal proceedings, the petitioner is not able to join the appointment that he has qualified for.

It appears that the charge was framed on November 30, 2021 and out 8 charge sheeted witnesses, one witness has been examined.

In view of the above, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia to dispose of the proceeding pending before him being G.R.Case No. 1313 of 2020 within 8 months from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either party, in accordance with law.

CRR No. 2311 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
