2. As such, we find there is no adverse report as relevant charges have been framed.

4. The petitioner seeks the waiver of the conditions imposed on June 26, 2024, "the petitioner shall remain within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station and shall report to the Officer-in-

Charge of the said police station". Prayer of the petitioner is, accordingly, allowed by keeping all other conditions unaltered.
