It is further submitted petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Learned advocate appearing for the de-facto complainant also opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim who is a minor and has implicated the petitioner in the crime. In view of the aforesaid facts, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
