The State of West Bengal Mr. Satadru Lahiri Mr. Jyotirmoy Talukder Ms. Poulami Dey ... for the Appellant Mr. Debarshi Brahma ....for the State The petitioner was granted bail by this Court subject to condition that she would remain within the jurisdiction of the concerned police station being Diamond Harbour Police Station. The petitioner seeks relaxation of the said condition of bail on the ground that she is a cancer survivor and requires to be medically treated regularly at the Tata Memorial Hospital at Mumbai.

It appears that the petitioner has complied with the bail conditions imposed upon her. In view of the same as well as the fact that she requires regular medical treatment/check up at Tata Memorial Hospital at Mumbai, the bail condition directing her to remain within the jurisdiction of concerned police station is waived. However, the other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, CRAN No. 2 of 2025 is disposed of.
