The present revisional application has been filed in connection with the order dated 25.05.2012 passed by the learned Executive Magistrate in connection with M.P.Case No.613 of 2012 under Section 144 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Having regard to the nature of the proceedings involved under the said provisions, I am of the view that the proceedings before the learned Executive Magistrate has become infructuous by lapse of time.

Accordingly, CRR 2067 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
