In view of the decision taken by the Government, the petitioner is directed to file a new application for transfer and his counter-part will also file new application for transfer as it has been laid down in the said memo that no application of those teachers and non-teaching staff for mutual transfer shall be entertained in respect of the schools of Ramkrishna Math and Ramkrishna Mission, Belur Math.

With these observations and direction this matter is disposed of.
