Learned advocate for the State submits that SIT has been formed in connection with Bidhannagar East Police Station Case No.19 of 2024.

Having considered that steps have been taken, I am of the view prima facie the dissatisfaction expressed by the petitioner has been addressed. In view of the aforesaid, further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. If the petitioner is aggrieved, petitioner will approach the jurisdictional court for necessary reliefs.

Accordingly, WPA 15337 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.
