Mr. Sambuddha Dutta, learned Counsel for the State-respondents complains that an incomplete copy of the writ petition has been served upon him. On scrutiny the allegation is found to be correct.

W.P.A. 14349 of 2023 is dismissed with costs of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) to be paid by the petitioner in favour of High Court Legal Services Committee, Calcutta within a week from date.

This order, however, will not prevent the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the selfsame cause of action for similar relief but subject to payment of aforementioned costs.
