The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of S.T. 6(4) of 2024 arising out of G.R. Case No. 131 of 2022, pending before the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 3rd Court, Barasat, North 24 Parganas. 2.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the FIR in the present case was registered in the year 2022 and the trial has not progressed.

Considering the fact that the revision is being disposed of, Ms. Z.N. Khan along with Ms. Puspita Saha, learned counsels present in Court, are appointed to represent the State in the present case. Let their appointment be regularized by the appropriate authority.

The revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the sessions case expeditiously preferably within one year from the date of communication of this order.

CRR 2791 of 2025 stands disposed of.
