Affidavit of service as filed, be kept on record. 2.

The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his name did not appear in Electoral Roll meant for election of the Cooperative Society. 3.

The Electoral roll was published on March 23, 2025, which was not challenged by the petitioners.

The petitioners, thereafter, proceeded to make a representation to the District Magistrate, Murshidabad instead of making it to the Election Commission.

Presently, as submitted by Mrs. Maitra appearing for the Commission and also admitted by the petitioners that the election process has now been completed and nothing remains to be challenged in this writ petition.

6. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. 7.

There shall be no order as to costs.

8. Since affidavits have not been called for, allegations contained in the petition are deemed to have been denied.

9. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking. (Reetobroto Kumar Mitra, J.)
