Petitioners are directed to serve copy of the revisional application upon Ms. Debjani Sahu, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities in due course. The present revisional application has been preferred for expediting the trial of Special Case No. 95 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional Sessions Judge, 1st Court (Special Court), Uluberia, Howrah.

Having regard to the fact that the case was commenced in the year 2018 and till date charge has not been framed, I direct the learned trial court to complete the process of consideration of charges on the next date so fixed or within a month thereafter, the learned trial court would thereafter take the case to its logical conclusion within a reasonable period of time. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 2210 of 2023 is disposed of.
