Additional Stamp Reporter has said that dates of signing of the decrees have been mentioned in the memo, which calls for deletion. We do not think this can obstruct moving of the appeal for admission since rule 7 in Order XX, Code of Civil Procedure says that the date of decree is the date when judgment was pronounced.
