[ By this application, the petitioners seek extension of time to comply with one of the directions contained in the order of granting anticipatory bail passed on December 3, 2021. In the order dated December 3, 2021, the first petitioner was required to report to the Investigating Officer once a month as and when he is in India.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the first petitioner will be in India on and from July 3, 2022. In support of such contention, a confirmed air ticket of the first petitioner is relied upon.

In the facts of the present case, therefore, we extend the time to comply with the order dated December 3, 2021 for a period of three weeks from date.
