The writ petitioner complains that despite having paid money to the private respondents for erection of statue of Iswar Chandra Bidyasagar, they have not done so.

Counsel for the private respondents submits that T. S. No. 170 of 2018 has been filed by the petitioner before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kalna in which the order of status quo has been passed.

The parties may agitate their civil differences before the Civil Court.

In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
