For the Opposite Party no. 2 The petitioner who is the husband of the private opposite party and is aggrieved by the order of interim maintenance granted by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Sealdah on 23rd December, 2021 in DV-92/2018 seeks to withdraw the revisional application and approach the appropriate forum for redressal of his grievance.

In the event the petitioner prefers statutory appeal within 15 days from date, the appellate forum shall deal with the appeal on merits without dismissing the same on the ground of limitation.

The revisional application being CRR 2315 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn.
