It appears that representation was filed before the District Magistrate on September 28, 2022 followed by a reminder to the District Magistrate & District Panchayat Election Officer, South 24 Parganas on March 24, 2023. Without going into the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the State Election Commission to take a decision on the representation filed by the petitioner at

the earliest but positively prior to declaration of the counting venue.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
