Mr. Anand Keshari Mr. Kaustav Banerjee ...for the State. This matter has come up in the list at the instance of the learned advocate for the State citing errors in the order dated 25th July, 2025 wherein the expression 'Ms.' has been incorporated in place and stead of 'Mr.' before the name of Anand Keshari, learned advocate, who represented for the State. It is also submitted that the name of 'Mr. Kaustav Banerjee' should also be incorporated along with 'Mr. Anand Keshari'.

Office is directed to effect necessary correction. The other portion of the said order shall remain unaltered.
