1. Parties are not represented by their respective counsels.

2. On perusal of the order under challenge dated 14th June, 2023, as passed in WPA No.13986 of 2023 by a Single Bench of this Court, it appears to this court that the lis pertaining to the writ petition on which the order impugned is passed is relating to a Panchayat election where the grievance of the writ petitioner was that they were prevented from filing their nomination on 13th June, 2023.

3. However, it appears to us that the process of election under the West Bengal Panchayat Election Act, 2003 for the year 2023 has been completed and probably for the said reason, the present appellants are no more interested to proceed with the instant appeal. In all probabilities the instant appeal has become infructuous.

4. With the aforesaid observation, MAT No.1095 of 2023 is dismissed along with all interlocutory applications. (SUJOY PAUL, ACJ.) (PARTHA SARATHI SEN, J.)
