After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties, the writ petition may be disposed of with a direction on the Director of Industrial Training, Government of West Bengal to dispose of the representation made by the petitioner on 21st January, 2021 for the same Grade of Pay in Pay B-3 which has been extended to others in the same category. The representation shall be disposed of within a period of three weeks by way of a reasoned order after hearing all concerned parties including the petitioner and taking into account the relevant statutory provisions and Notifications. A copy of the reasoned order shall be made available to the petitioner within a week from the date on which such reasoned order is passed.

WPA 15135 of 2021 is disposed of in terms of above.
