1. The contending parties are represented by their respective learned counsel.

2. At the time of hearing, Mr. Trivedi, learned D.S.G.I. appearing on behalf of the Railway authority, submits that yesterday (30.6.2026) the demolition/eviction process at Shalimar Railway Station has already been completed and, therefore, nothing survives in the instant writ petition.

3. Learned advocate for the writ petitioners in course of his submission submits that though subjectmatter of challenge in the instant writ petition is the notice, a copy of which is at Page-69, in respect of an eviction process at Shalimar Railway Station.

However, he does not dispute the contention of Mr. Trivedi.

4. In view of such, this Court finds nothing survives in the instant writ petition.

5. With the aforementioned observation, the instant writ petition is disposed of.

6. Before parting with, liberty is given to the writ petitioners to ventilate their grievance, if there be any, before the appropriate forum, if so advised. (PARTHA SARATHI SEN, J.)
