1. Considering the statements of the injured and other eye-witnesses recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C directly implicating the petitioners and also considering the injury report classifying the injury as grievous in nature, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected and the same is accordingly disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
