Alamuddin Md. @ Alabuddin & ANR v. State

05.07.2024 cm CRA 303 of 2000 (Alamuddin Md. @ Alabuddin Md. & Anr. -vs- State.) Inadvertently typographical error crept in judgment dated 28.02.2024.

In the 6th line of the 1st Paragraph of the judgment dated 28.02.2024 'Sessions Trial No. 39 of 2000' shall be read as 'Sessions Trial No. 39 of 1999'.

Department is directed to make necessary correction to that effect in the judgment dated 28.02.2024. Other portions of the judgment shall remain the same. Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
