Das, Ms. Smita Pal, Ms. Krishna Yadav ...for Respondent Nos. 6 & 7 It is the grievance of the petitioner that 22-11-2024 AKG Ct. 15 Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 have engaged in unauthorized construction at premises located at Kalyangram (Khalpar), P.O. Bengal Enamel, P.S. Titagarh, District 24 Parganas (N), PIN-743122.

The petitioner further contends that, despite submitting a representation to the Chairman of the North Barrackpore Municipality, no action has been taken by the Municipality regarding the unauthorized construction.

The learned advocate representing the Municipality submits that the representation made by the petitioner, as indicated on page 52 of the writ petition, will be duly considered by the Board of Councillors of the Municipality.

In light of the foregoing, this writ petition, along with the connected application, is disposed of with a direction to

the North Barrackpore Municipality to consider the representation, as set forth on page 52 of the writ petition, in accordance with the law. The Municipality is further directed to make a decision within three months from the date of communication of this order. Additionally, the Municipality shall afford the petitioner, as well as Respondent Nos. 6 and 7, an opportunity for a hearing. WPA 15376 of 2024 along with CAN 1/2024 is disposed of.
