Petitioner has approached this Court as there has been a role of the police authorities for submitting the report with the Passport Authorities.

Mr. Sengupta, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report and emphasize that certain incriminating materials appear against the petitioner. As such State has been working out elaborately on the issue. In view of the steps being taken, in case the State finds any report whether adverse or in favour of the petitioner, the same be submitted before the concerned authorities within a month from date.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14234 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
