The learned advocate for the petitioner has filed a supplementary affidavit stating that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and necessary order to that effect has been passed by the learned Trial Court. Document to that effect has also been annexed. A copy of the supplementary affidavit has already been served upon the learned advocate for the State. The learned advocate for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is complying with the order of the learned Trial Court paying a sum of Rs.5,000/- per month to the opposite party/wife. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and, accordingly, disposed of. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
