It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner and the private opposite party that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled.

The affidavit filed by the private opposite party in this regard is taken on record.

The private opposite party is present in Court and submits that the dispute between the parties has been amicably settled and he does not intend to proceed with the matter before the learned Trial Court any further. Since the parties have settled the dispute amicably, allowing the matter to proceed further shall only be a futile exercise.

In view of the above, the revisional application being CRR 2320 of 2024 is disposed of.

GR Case No.2498 of 2023 arising out of Chanditala P.S. Case No.733 of 2023 dated 30th September, 2023 pending before the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Serampore, Hooghly be quashed.

Urgent certified website copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
